We are committed to ethical business practices and to compliance with international human rights and labour standards within our sphere of influence, and also require this from our suppliers.

In our company, we offer people fair working conditions, adhere to the applicable labour standards and support our employees through occupational health and safety measures and health services. Owing to the skills shortage in our rural locations, there is a fundamental risk, during the course of recruitment of employees, that we are not able to recruit a sufficient number of staff with the necessary qualifications for the company. There are also risks in the field of occupational health and safety and health protection in our operational business activities, particularly in relation to work absences caused by the pandemic. We combat these risks through a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system within which we have established organisational and procedural measures.
