Trainee Chemical Technician (m/f/d)

Training duration: 3.5 years

Requirements Profile:
  • Good secondary school leaving certificate or higher
  • Fun and interest in natural sciences, particularly chemistry
  • Technical-physical understanding
  • Good math skills
  • Reliability and teamwork
  • Very high sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of working with digital systems and applications
  • Diligence and concentration
Training Content:
  • Monitoring and control of chemical processes and production sequences
  • Maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of chemical production facilities
  • Control and operation of fittings, measuring and control devices
  • Performing simple chemical tests for quality control
  • Manufacturing, refurbishment of products
  • Implementation of various process engineering methods such as heating, cooling, filtering, etc.
  • Compliance and testing of quality standards with consideration of occupational safety and environmental protection
  • Monitor readings such as pressure, fill level, temperature, and quantity
  • Application of process engineering methods such as filtering, distilling, drying, heating, cooling
  • Fill kettles and containers with raw materials
  • Fill and pack chemical products
  • Pipes and pipelines connect and seal
  • Quality Assurance, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Protection
