Requirements Profile:
  • Good to very good intermediate school leaving certificate or (technical) Abitur, especially in the subjects of mathematics and computer science
  • Interest in working with computers and technology
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Teamwork, willingness to learn, and openness
  • High level of commitment and reliability
Training content:
  • Resolving system errors or other malfunctions
  • Configure and integrate hardware and software components
  • Operating Systems and Network Technology
  • IT System Administration
  • Consulting, support, and training for users during the introduction of new systems
  • Programming
  • Creation/Customization of Documentation
  • Install, configure, and commission networked information and telecommunication systems
  • Mobile Device Management and IT Security
