Our overarching goal is to produce high-quality and sustainable care products that meet the high demands of our customers. We also want these sustainable products to inspire responsible consumption, both now and in the future. We are committed to continuously improving our products, relying on the innovative strength of our team and our customers.

We are working to reduce the negative impacts of our products and amplify the positive effects. This includes looking at the impacts throughout the entire value chain – from From sourcing raw materials to product disposal.
The basis for this is raw materials that are sourced in an environmentally friendly manner, are safe to process and use, and are gentle on society and the environment. The complexity and multitude of suppliers have led to an increase in risks. To counter procurement risks, purchasing is taking the necessary steps for hedging and risk avoidance.
These risks are primarily managed through the supplier pre-qualification process. In essence, potential human rights and environmental risks exist in raw material procurement. During the cultivation and production of natural-based fibers or palm-based derivatives, human rights risks related to people's working and living conditions can arise. Furthermore, environmental risks exist for the immediate surroundings of the respective cultivation regions.
The supply chain certifications FSC, PEFC, and RSPO, to which we are certified, reduce environmental and human rights risks. Furthermore, we are committed to deforestation and conversion-free supply chains. Additionally, we see risks in the area of disposal and waste policies.
Our development process therefore focuses, among other things, on optimal recyclability of the packaging and environmentally compatible disposal of the products, in order to make materials available again as raw materials and thus close product cycles.
