Nölken Hygiene Products GmbH Invests in Expansion of Machine Park in Fernthal

Nölken Hygiene Products GmbH, a leading private-label manufacturer of hygiene, cosmetic, and personal care products, has successfully expanded its machinery at the Fernthal site. With an investment volume in the seven-figure range, the family-owned company is strengthening its production capacities and optimizing the efficiency of its operations.

The delivery and setup of the new machine, which was developed in close cooperation with the manufacturing company, began as early as August of this year. It is based on the proven machines currently in operation but has been equipped with some modifications to make the production processes even more efficient and comfortable.

After several successful stress tests, the new machine was already able to be used at a reduced production capacity in September. In early November, the planned fully automated packaging system was also delivered, set up, and commissioned, significantly increasing the site's capacities. This expansion allows for the production of over 40,000 additional product packages per shift.
