Since 1995, Nölken Hygiene Products has been an IHK-certified apprenticeship company. We not only provide our apprentices with the knowledge necessary for a successful professional future; from day one, we actively involve them in the development of our company. We teach them the principles of responsible business practices by accompanying the sustainability department in addition to the apprenticeship curriculum.
We offer our dedicated colleagues and apprentices the opportunity for part-time or dual study programs, naturally with financial and structural support from us. We also offer students and pupils various opportunities to get to know our company, for example through a taster internship or by working with us during practical semesters.
